Prototype
- Prototyping is a part of our concept to production service provided with less turn around time and economical way with the help of our proprietary tooling.
- Prototype size may vary from half a dozen parts to few thousand parts.
- We can produce the parts with various commercially available LSR grades with traceability and have you determine the best suitable material for your application.
Production
- Insert molding, over-molding, and co-molding are a few of the services we offer.
- We will take the opportunity to supply the production parts from half a dozen to multi-millions.
- Our goal is to supply our customer the best quality product with on-time delivery.
- We have invested in many high-end technologies to consistently produce high quality tight tolerance parts with high productivity.

Secondary Operations
- Along with molding, we offer post-molding operations such as slitting, gluing, ultra-sonic welding, post-curing, hole-punching, printing etc.
- In many cases, we implement secondary operations (e.g. slitting) into molding stage through automation typically depended on the part volume demand. This enhancement allows our customer to spend less per part piece price.

Assembly
- In our environmentally controlled clean rooms, we can perform assembly or subassembly of medical devices. We also utilize HEPA filters for environmentally sensitive assembly work.
- We combine silicone parts with silicone tubing or non-silicone components with various assembly techniques such as ultra-sonic welding, bonding, adhesive filling, insert molding etc.
- We design and implement custom-made fixtures and unique assembly equipment for various assembly projects.
